Gary Franklin Saburn Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2025, at the age of 78, Gary Franklin Saburn of Delco, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Harold Saburn; his sister-in-law Carroll Baxley; and his father-in-law JW Baxley. He is survived by: his wife Margie Baxley Saburn; his children, Amber Brown (Warren) and Kyle Saburn (Paige); his grandchildren, Garrett Brown (Katelin), Lucas Hall (Samantha), Hannah Escoto (Cesar) and Caroline Saburn; his great grandchildren, Sawyer Brown, Beau Brown, Josiah Escoto and Leah Pacheco; his siblings, Bruce Saburn (Sandy) and Sue Ray; his brother-in-law John Baxley (Juli); and his mother-in-law Bernice Baxley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Crosswinds Church (445 Lanvale Rd, Leland, NC 28451). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly request donations in Gary's memory to Lower Cape Fear Hospice or Crosswinds Church.
