She is survived by: her children, Jerome Franklin Bullard Sr. (Gwen) and Becky Bullard; her daughter-in-law Sharon Bullard; her grandchildren, Carlos Dawson Bullard III, Amy Bullard and Wesley Monroe Bullard (Heather); her granddaughter-in-law Mary Evelyn Bullard; and her great grandchildren, Reagon Bullard, Avery Bullard, Austin Patrick, Gavin Patrick, Randal Sessons, Katelin Stansberry (Caleb), Brooke Andrews (Tyler), Slade Bullard, Laikyn Bullard, Hannah Willett, Alexis Willett and Wyatt Willett.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Life Church (2220 Mercantile Dr NE, Leland, NC 28451). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
