He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Franklin Bullard and Virginia Formy-Duval Bullard; his son Michael "Burlock" Bullard; and his siblings, Newlon Bullard and Mary Ann Bullard.
He is survived by: his wife Esty Jordan Bullard; his children, Carlos D. Bullard, Jr. (Sharon), Rev. Jerome F. Bullard, Sr. (Gwen) and Becky Bullard; his grandchildren, Jerome F. Bullard, Jr., Carlos D. Bullard, III, Amy Bullard Patrick and Wesley Bullard; and his sisters, Rev. Patsy Smith, Linda Wallace and Vicky Tedder. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
