It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Benny Earl Malpass of Delco, North Carolina, born in Columbus, North Carolina, who passed away on March 16, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie C. Malpass and Thelma Long Malpass; his great grandchild Chansley Anne Wayne; and his sister Louise Malpass Mills. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Little Malpass; his children, Cheryl Malpass of Delco, Kenneth Malpass (Teresa) of Bolton, Dr. Gloria Malpass of Winston-Salem, Gregory Malpass (Christy) of Delco and Sabrina Griffin (Michael) of Angier; his grandchildren, Nikki, Christopher Beck, Brooke Gause (Ryan), Blair Wayne (Forrest), Malachi Malpass, Mariah Strickland (Zachary) and Carrie Malpass; and his siblings, Helen Malpass Mills, Jimmy Malpass I (Marie), Jesse Malpass and Calvin Malpass (Myra). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the American Heart Association, the National Kidney Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
