She was predeceased by: her husband Joel Hines. She is survived by: her daughters, Roberta Hines Benton, Tina Johnson (Robert) of Asheville and Patricia Turner (Lynn) of Kinston. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
