He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Hill Stroud and Preston Stroud. He is survived by: his wife Susan Stroud; his children, Kerri Leland (Aaron), Amy Rosado (David) and Bill Dale (Mandi); and his siblings, Carolyn Everington (Billy), James Stroud and Susan Mills (Daryl). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
