He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Baron and Joseph Napoleon (Dorothy); and his grandson Samuel Joseph Wolf. He is survived by: his wife Andrea Baron; his children, Wendy Simmons (Steve), Shelia Wolf (Wayne) and Joseph Jr. (Leanna); and his grandchildren, Hannah Wilkinson (Mark), Bailey Simmons, Mikey Baron, Shane Baron, Taylor Wolf, Nathan Baron, Jada Baron, Noel Simmons, Christian Stone, Marissa Baron and Gracie-Mae Baron.
In leu of flowers the family has decided that donations can be made in honor of Lance Corporal Joseph Robert Baron to Lift Up Veterans organization.
