Iris Aldridge Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2021, at the age of 94, Iris Aldridge (Deep Run, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Heber Smith and Lena Spain Smith; her husband Carl Francis Aldridge; her mother-in-law Lathie Aldridge; her son Heber Carl Aldridge; her children-in-law, C. W. "Bill" White, Jr. and Sandra Everington Aldridge; and her granddaughter Leah Kristen Aldridge.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanne A. White of Summerville, SC and Lorelei A. Jones (Roland) of Garner, NC; her daughter-in-law Mary Aldridge; her grandchildren, Lisa Wilson (Warren), Sonya Callaway (John), Jennifer Selph (Derrick), Beth Seymour (Allen), Melissa Joyner (Raymond), Heber Aldridge, II (Jenna), Ashley O'Quinn (Todd Brinkley), Ryan Jones and Jefferson Riley O'Quinn (Jennifer Lenart); her great grandchildren, Kristen Quilty (Michael), Kaitlin Forrester, Ian Callaway, Caroline Callaway, Lydia Selph, Lucas Selph, Seth Seymour, MacKinzie Seymour, Jennabeth Joyner, Jonas Joyner, Nolan Joyner, Hayden Porter and Scarlett O'Quinn; her great great grandchild Oakley Quilty; and her close friend Leah Harper. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and special cousins.
The family asks that everyone wear a mask and practice social distancing.
