He is survived by: his children, Ronald Carter (Signa), Terri Jaskolka (John) and Cindi Harper (Barry); and his grandchildren, John Jacob (Rebekah), Jennifer, Tabitha, Roman (Rossana), Golda, Ginger and Reed. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Pinelawn Memorial Park (4488 US-70, Kinston, NC 28504).
