It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Heath Moody of Deep Run, North Carolina, who passed away on September 18, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lilly Bell Sanderson and Walter Heath; her husbands, Louis Ray Daniels, Michael Rouse and Vernon "Claro" Moody; her siblings, Walter Clayton Heath, Mary Helen Williford, Brenda Carol Jernigan and Edward Heath; her stepson Jeff Moody; and her granddaughter Charity Grimes.
She is survived by: her children, Roger (Tosca), Eddie and Michelle (Daryl); her stepdaughters, Verna and Beverly; and her siblings, Danny and Betty Lou. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pink Hill Funeral Home (1056 NC-11, Pink Hill, NC 28572). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 at the Oak Ridge Memorial Park (985 NC-11, Pink Hill, NC 28572).
