He is survived by: his mother Louise Hoffman of Deep Run; his children, Gracie Wiseman and Forrest Ian Montiel; his siblings, Susie M. Pridgen (Allen) of Swansboro, Jesse Montiel and Adam Lee Montiel (Kelly) of Deep Run; and his nieces and nephews, Brandy Blalock (Lee), Heather Montiel, Colton Pridgen (Emma) and Dillon Montiel (Lindsay).
