Lewis of Greenville and Hope Howard (Frankie) of Deep Run; his grandchildren, Michael Shawn Howard (Traci) of Kinston, Walt Howard (Millie) of La Grange, Niki H. Price (Nate) of Smithfield and Haley Lewis of Deep Run; his great grandchildren, Keelin Howard, Anna Grace Howard, Gage Woodley Howard and Conley Wade Howard; his sisters, Judy Sasser (Jack) of Smithfield and Betty Ann Perry of Deep Run; and his pets, Lily, Nicholas and Rusty. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
