He was predeceased by: his parents, James B Turner and Thelma Turner. He is survived by: his daughter Dana Jo Turner (John Ashley Whitfield); his siblings, Dale Turner (Anita), Gail Sutton and Vanessa Turner; and his close friend Carolyn Davis.

The family ask that you dress casually and face masks are optional.
