He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ivey and Betty Jean Smith Stroud; and his siblings, Shelby Jean Stroud and Henry Ivey Stroud, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Therese Nan Stroud; his children, Sherry Stroud Stanley, Charles "Willie" Stroud, Jr., Joshua Ryan Stroud (Talamica) and Mica; his grandchildren, Sarah Michelle Stanley, Jenna Elizabeth Stanley, Serena Noelle Stroud and Rylan Charles Stroud; and his brother Gregory Stroud.
