He was predeceased by: his parents, Murrill Hawkins and Mae Hawkins; and his sisters, Marion Hawkins and Henrietta Rissler. He is survived by: his wife Vanessa Hawkins; his children, David, Jeremy, Angel, Frankie and Becky; his stepsons, Philip and Dylan; his siblings, Nina, Kathy (Linnie) and Eddie (Rita); his grandchildren, Lexi, Keyli, Brandon and Tucker; and his pet Max. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
