He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Watts Outlaw; his mother Edith Anderson Outlaw of Deep Run; his sons, Carl Ray Outlaw, Jr. (Jocelyn) of Goldsboro and Kenneth Wayne Outlaw (Rhonda) of Beulaville; and his sisters, Brenda Smith (Gerald) of Deep Run and Linda Davis (Jeff) of Seven Springs. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
