He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaney Burton Blizzard and Lula Mae Hill Blizzard; his wife Dorothy Harper Blizzard; and his siblings, Mildred Dare Blizzard, Belle Blizzard Carraway, John Douglas Blizzard, Henry Blizzard and Orion Blizzard.
