He was predeceased by: his father Bill Church. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Church; his brother Carson Church; his girlfriend Brenda Clawson of Roan Mountain; and his close friend Jerry Pennell of Fleetwood. He is also survived by many Aunts, uncles and nephews that he loved dearly, and many friends.
