She was predeceased by: her parents, Spencer Triplett and Roxie Cox Triplett; her former husband Robert Elber Claybrook; her husband Stewart Simmons; and her siblings, Verlon, Harvey, Steve, Roma, Carlos Triplett and Zella King.
She is survived by: her son Mark (Theresa Claybrook); her sisters-in-law, Cheryl Triplett of Pinehurst and Oradell Triplett of Kellogg, Idaho; and her close friend Mary Miller. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
