He is survived by: his parents, Robert Chantlos and Annelise Oertel Chantlos; his wife Kelly Denise Chantlos; his daughter Brooke; his son-in-law Justin Maher; his daughter Kirstyn Chantlos; his siblings, Doug Chantlos, Vickie Chantlos and Jackie Gingras; his aunt Peggy; his uncle Earl Chantlos; and his grandchild Finn Maher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
