He was predeceased by: his mother Carrie Pearl Evans Gardner. He is survived by: his father Thomas Lynn Andrews, Sr.; his wife Lindsey Rae Tate of Winston-Salem; his children, Tyler Andrews and Brooke Andrews; his sister Katherine Clinard (Daniel) of Thomasville; and his stepfather William Alfred Gardner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
