He was predeceased by: his parents, Lema Mendenhall Lambeth and Gilbert Wilson Lambeth; his wife Barbara Hall Lambeth; and his son Roland Evon Lambeth (Von). He is survived by: his daughter Tamara Yvonne Lambeth; his siblings, Waldo Bryce Lambeth, Beauford (Ebby), Rayvena Lambeth and Gaymalia Lambeth Hayes (Gabby); his grandchildren, Landon Bowen (Jaclyn) and Lacey Pittman; his son Von Lambeth (Amanda); his grandchildren, Mackenzie Lambeth, Kody Lambeth and Jekob Lambeth; and his great grandchildren, Victoria Vazquez, Alexis Pittman, Landen Baize, Maverick, Maddox and Axel Bowen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Faith Church (1078 Gumtree Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27107).
In lieu of flowers Evon wanted donations made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to carry on his legacy of giving and support for children and their families served by St. Jude.
