With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nettie Faye Bailey of Davidson, North Carolina, who passed away on June 20, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Lonnie Asbury Bailey; her parents, Elosie Frances Elliott Calloway and Young George Washington Calloway; her siblings, Evon Calloway Gosney and George "Dutch" Murial Calloway; and her daughter Barbara Ann Jones.

She is survived by : her children, James Thomas Jones, Jr. (Helen), George Daniel Jones (Malissia), Linda Susan Gravely (R. E.), Frances Bell Lowder (Johnny) and Lonnie Bailey (Patricia); her grandchildren, Tommy Jones (Vicki), Robin Ross (Dustin), Chrissy Tussey (Brandon), Crystal Fox (Shawn), Jason Jones, Justin Jones, Azure Hensley (Neil), Laura Patterson (Trevor), Tabitha Bailey and Lonnie Bailey (Cheyenne); and her brother Atron Thomas Calloway. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Midstate Cremation & Funeral Service (304 Lanier Ave, Asheboro, NC 27203). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Mountain View Memorial Gardens (959 Old Camp Rd, Denton, NC 27239).
