He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia (Atkinson); his brother Keith (Steve); and his parents, Keith and Jeannette. He is survived by: his children, Leslie Bulluck (Andy) of Glencoe, IL and David Stevens Jr. of Raleigh; his sister Ann Albert of Crystal River, FL; and his granddaughter Lydia Bulluck of Glencoe, IL..
