He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hicks; his son Duane Hicks (Christine); his foster son Lee Cox; his grandchildren, Justin Hicks (Matt), Jessica Haynes (Daniel), Jadyn, Jordan Hicks, Meeghan, Kaitlyn Worden and Jason Cox; his great grandchildren, Hannah, DJ Haynes, Julianna and Alex Cox; his siblings, Jim Hicks, Carl Hicks (Ann), Ruby Tolnay (Carl), Bobbie Shelton and Nancy McHone (Bill); and his friends, Lloyd Martin, Waynnie Hopkins, Randy, Barbara White, Wayne, Patty Lawrence, Charlie, Pam Gann, Guy and Jennifer Turner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
