He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clark and Ellsie Benzler Woods; his daughter Sharyl Ann Woods; and his siblings, Robert Charles Woods and Kathleen Wear.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Annette Thomas Woods; and his children, Rodney Clark Woods II (Susan) and Sarah Michelle Norman (Marcus).
