She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Sylvester Turner and Nannie Brown Turner; her husband George Millard Shelton (Billy); her son Billy Ray Shelton; her grandson Billy Ray Shelton, Jr.; her sisters, Phoebe T. Ayers and Pauline T. Shields (Earlene Turner) of Stuart, VA.; and her son-in-law Harold.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy S. Meadows; her grandson Jonus M. Meadows; and her sister Geneva Cregger (Junior) of Walnut Cove. She is also survived by daughter-in-law, one granddaughter; two great-granddaughters.
