She is survived by: her husband David Keith Collins; her stepchildren, Danny West and Michelle West; and her siblings, Kelly Simmons, Joan Holt (Archie), Susan Martin, Elaine Dillon and Vicky Simmons. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and two stepgrandchildren.
