He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Spotwood and Ruth Emma Bondurant Mabe; his wife Lola Jean Mabe; and his brothers, Roger, Larry Wayne and Travis Mabe.
He is survived by: his children, Mickey Mabe (Karen), Wendy Richardson (Lee) and Vickie Mabe; his siblings, Donald Gray Mabe, Joyce Spencer, Carol Jean Scott (Wayne) and Doreen Mabe; his grandchildren, Thomas Mabe (Paula), Landon and Lydia Richardson; and his great grandchildren, Izaiah, Ember Mabe and Wyatt Tucker.
