He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Stillwell and Helen Stillwell; his son Anthony Scott Stillwell; and his sisters, Rebecca Stillwell Grant and Joan Stillwell Oates.
He is survived by: his wife Jill Costner Stillwell; his son Jeffery Todd Stillwell; his great-niece Ecco Frady; and his brothers, Larry Stillwell and Dean Stillwell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends.
