He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell T Frady and Ruby Frady Garrett; and his stepbrother David Garrett III. He is survived by: his wife Violet Frady; his stepfather David Garrett Jr.; his stepdaughter Tiffany Griffin; his brothers, Mitchell Frady (Iris) and Les Frady (Kimberly); his stepsister Karen Emory; and his granddaughters, Autumn Griffin and Silver Chapman.
