He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Glenn and Leona Huskey Cloninger; his brother Mervin Glenn Cloninger; his brother-in-law Bob Watts; and his nephew Colby Watts.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Miller Cloninger; his grandchildren, Katie Ann and Noah Michael Brown; his siblings, Evelyn Watts of Hickory, NC, Ray Cloninger (Ginger) and Steve Cloninger; his sister-in-law Ann S. Cloninger; his brother Don of Dallas; and his sister-in-law Patricia Miller of Dallas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
