She was predeceased by: her parents, Lou Johnson and Mattie Coleman Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Maverick and Jasper Brooks. She is survived by: her husband Steve Early; and her children, Louie Early (Barbara) and Jennifer Shipp (Lathan). She is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
