He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Kristen Smith; and his sister Charlotte Tester. He is survived by: his spouse Ollie Dianne Roland Cygan; and his siblings, Thomas Eicks, Evelyn Tyler and Mary Viglotta. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
