She was predeceased by: her parents, George Shields and Flossie Shields; her husband Garnett Ray; and her siblings, Ruby Gaddis, Clinton and Ray Shields.

She is survived by: her brother James Harford Sheilds; her children, Robyn Martin (Ray) of Gastonia, Jack Ray (Chris) of Dallas and Jeff Ray (Sheila) of Shelby, NC; her grandchildren, Jackson Ray (Bobbie Lynn), Matthew (Courtney Martin), Kelly (JJ Murray), Jennifer (Matthew Pennington) and Haley Ray; her great grandchildren, Heath, Harper Martin, Gabriel, Phillip Pennington, Chandler Dellinger, Reagan Murray, Isabella, Hayven, Tyler Ray and Terry Huss; her children, Jackson, Kelly, Crystal Ray and Haley Ray; and her great grandchildren, Coleby Murray, Grayson Giles, Cassidy and Aiden Vaughan.

We will be following the Covid protocol and will require masks.
