He is survived by: his wife Valleri Lemke; his siblings, Julie Hart (Mark), Karen Radebaugh (Barry), Roger Lemke (Kim) and Jan Novacek (Alan); and his mother-in-law Joy Main. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
