He is survived by: his sons, Marvin Mathis (Maria) and Shawn Mathis (Lisanne); his fiancé Ollie "Tootsie" Bennett; his partner's son Michael Green; his grandchildren, Megan, Zach and Ashton Mathis; and also Fred Green. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
