It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Joseph Emery of Dallas, North Carolina, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on May 6, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Victor Joseph Emery and Marie Englehart Emery; his wife Paulette Carpentier Emery; his children, Melinda Works (Larry), Mark Emery (Michelle), Diane Baron (Tim) and Angel Mathewson (Dave); his grandchildren, Chris Works, Sarah Works, Devin Works, Brian Works, Heather Lowery, Krista Musgrove, Ilissa Williams, Robby Williams, Timothy Baron, Amanda Turpin, Tyler Mathewson and Olivia Mathewson; and his great grandchildren, Amory, Coraline, Anslee, Luke, Brynnley, Kamrynn, Adelynn, Harper, Carter, Wesson, Kennedy and Hallie.
Memorials may be made to the Building Fund at First Wesleyan Church.
