It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reba Gibson of Dallas, North Carolina, born in Knoxville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 8, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lowe and Addie Underwood Lowe; her husband Rev. Gordon Harold Gibson; her son Kenneth "Hoot" Ray Gibson; and her grandson Michael.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Gibson (Annette) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Carolyn Jean Yarborough of Knoxville, TN and Shirley; and her siblings, Phillip Lowe (Betty) of Knoxville, TN and Trula Connaster (Kenneth) of Peblem, NH. She is also survived by 28 Grandchildren; 58 Great Grandchildren; 31 Great-Great Grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Monday, January 11, 2021, from 12:00 - 2:00 PM, at Benson Funeral & Cremation Services of Mount Holly, facial coverings and social distancing will be required.
