He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest William and Louise Oates Penley "Bud"; and his sisters, Peggy Crisp and Faye Cloninger. He is survived by: his wife Wayne-Ann Clemmer Penley; his children, Larry Boyd Penley, Jr. (Heidi) of Central, Julie Digh (Steve) and Becky Messick (Chris) of Dallas; his grandchildren, Drew Penley, Anna Digh Cole (Brian), Chase Messick (Kyndra), Kelsey Penley McDonald (Neil), Stephen Digh (Kasey), Bo Messick (Raygan) and Bailey Messick; his great grandchildren, Nora, Mason, Brady, Bryten, Ellie, Mills, Wyatt and Maddox; and his pet Riley.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, if you feel the need to stay home, a card or phone call to the family will be appreciated. Burial will be private and at a later date.
