Though Kimball Abernethy may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Kimball Abernethy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Womack and Frances Abernethy Womack. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Bradley Womack; his children, Brian Womack of Boone, Leanne Womack of Carolina Beach, NC and Wendy Womack of Belmont; his siblings, Kevin Howard of Connelly Springs and Lisa Greenway of Cherryville; and his grandson Austin Womack.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Landers Chapel United Methodist Church (301 W Main St, Dallas, NC 28034). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
