He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lyles and Marie Garrett Lyles; his former wife Libby Lyles; and his son Eddie Lyles. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lyles; his children, Randy Lyles (Cindy) and Amy Childers (Joe); his goddaughter Lisa Pope; his stepchildren, Jason Reeves (Marsha), Ronnie Reeves (Cindy Curtis), John Henry Reeves III (Heidi) and Peggy Reeves; and his sisters, Oline Goble and Ruth Johnson. He is also survived by six grandchildren; four step grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three step great-grandchildren.
