It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Steelman (Dallas, North Carolina), born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on May 19, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gwyn R. Steelman and Mary Picklesimer Steelman; his wife Sharon Parker Steelman; his sons, Tim Steelman (Kim) of Marion, John Steelman (Sheba) of Lincolnton, Jason Parker (Lisa) of Gastonia and Jeff Parker (Cindy) of Gastonia; his sisters, Judy Williams of Lincolnton, Becky Smith (Gary) of Bessemer City and Sandy Hayes (Kenneth) of Sherills Ford; and his grandchildren, Savannah, Houston, Wes, Shelby, Austin and Kendall.
