He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Leander Black and Evelyn Huggins; and his sisters, Janice Withers, Joyce Stamey and Kay Rudisill.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Stines Black; his children, Reggie Black (Debbie) and Tonita Wilkinson; his grandchildren, Chris Black, Haley Brackett and Nicholas Wilkinson; and his great grandchildren, Brittany Black, Harlee Black, Benjamin Brackett and Jackson Wilkinson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church.
