He is survived by: his mother Linda Bartlett Rahilly of Southport, NC; his brother Christopher (Jennifer Clark-Rahilly) of Mason, TN; his stepson Gianluca Pedroso of Frisco; his niece Virginia Hope Rahilly of Greenville, NC.; his uncles, Daniel and Dennis Rahilly; and his aunt Patricia Dawson (Leo).

Jeffrey 's memory may be honored by a memorial donation to The John F. Rahilly Memorial Scholarship for Future A & P Technicians which was established after the death of his father, John.
