He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Dale Welch and Virginia Dean Howard Welch. He is survived by: his wife Kim Wall Welch; his daughters, Ashley Welch (Matthew Glisson) and Abby Welch (Justin Griggs); his sister Lori Leonhardt (Alan); his grandchildren, Brody Glisson, Mataley Glisson, Halle Beaver and Nixon Griggs; his nephew Wesley Leonhardt (Jesse); and his great-nephew Holden.
