He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Cloninger and May Cloninger; and his sister Thelma Kinley. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Cloninger (Julie), Todd Cloninger, Vicki Bless (Alfred) and Patti Cloninger; his grandchildren, Jacob Cloninger (Lauren), Jaclyn Rhyne (Jacob), Jason Lewis Cloninger (Jessica Smith), Athena Bless and Alex Bless (Courtney); his great grandchildren, Nolan Rhyne and Madelyn Rhyne; and his wife Nancy Lewis Cloninger.
