He is survived by: his wife Tammy Dover Owens; his children, Erick Owens (Becky), Randy Owens, Daniel Owens (Samantha), Joshua Dover (Nancy), Amanda Smith (Roger), Pamela Adams, Ashley Adams and Amber Perdue (JD); and his brothers, Scott Owens and Eugene Owens. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
