It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Campbell of Dallas, North Carolina, born in Dillon, South Carolina, who passed away on October 11, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edd Martin Campbell and Betty Jean Jackson Campbell; and his brother Michael Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Kay Plemmons Campbell; his sons, Michael Farris (Jessica) and Steve Campbell (Allison); his siblings, Dennis Campbell and Carolyn Stanford (Stan); and his grandchildren, Trey Mitchell (Taylor), Henry Campbell, Jack Campbell, Carter Farris, Madison Farris, Summer Lowrance and Abigail Lowrance.
