He is survived by: his sisters, Wanda Lavender (Scott) and Sharon Brendle (Rob); his nieces and nephews, Shad Lavender (Danielle), Jessica Hamby (Chris), Brittnay Hamby (Matt) and Reece Brendle; and his friends, John and Joseph Lay.
